This enables users to book flights and hotels using a combination of points + cash for payment, with the ability to earn accelerated points on the cash portion of each booking.

Reservations are facilitated by Ascenda using accredited IATA flight ticketing partners and major accommodation wholesalers.

Booking conditions are subject to the selected fare, and tickets may range from being non-refundable to being fully refundable.

Hotels

The service provides real-time booking across 500,000 hotels worldwide.

Booking conditions are subject to the selected room rate, and reservations may range from being non-refundable to being fully refundable.

Points + Cash

Users may choose to settle a portion of their travel booking using cash (via card payment) rather than points.

Card vault: users have the option to securely store their card details for easier use on future bookings.

24/7 Customer Service

Ascenda provides 24/7 front-line customer service via phone (English) and email (20+ languages) for all users who hold a confirmed travel booking.

Changes / cancellations: inquiries involving changes or cancellations to confirmed bookings may incur service charges that users can settle via payment card directly when speaking to an Ascenda representative. Please refer to the Ascenda platform agreement for details.

Confirmation Email Journeys

After every travel booking, the user receives a confirmation email containing all critical details of the reservation and a receipt for the cash portion.

Workflow 1: User Enrollments

User Enrollments is a pre-requisite for your end users to receive personalised travel recommendations. Prior to sending your users to the Ascenda powered Travel whitelabel you should enroll your customers into our platform prior.

Once you've enrolled a user, please continue to make sure incremental user updates are synchronised to the Ascenda dataset as well when changes occur to their user details.
