Create Points Transfer Fulfillment Order

This endpoint allows you to place points transfer orders to create credits for the specified member.

NN0001Indicates an unexpected error occured while processing the request.
NN1001Indicates invalid parameters.
NN1002Indicates the resource not found. for instance, the loyalty program not found.
NN1011Reference ID already exists.
